                     Woodbine Rehabilitation & Healthcare is a 307-bed skilled nursing facility located in Alexandria, Virginia.

           Come and join our team of dynamic professionals as a Physical Therapist for Woodbine Rehabilitation & Healthcare.

    This position is responsible for identification of needs, and delivery of services to residents who require physical therapy intervention

                                                  in accordance with all state, federal, and JCAHO requirements (as applicable).

                     The Physical Therapist (PT) collaborates with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, 

                                                                             and psychosocial well being for the residents.

The ideal candidate will be:

         A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, and maintain current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia

                                                                                                                   or

         A recent graduate actively working toward licensure, and successful completion of required clinical affiliations,

                              preferably including at least one rotation in the SNF setting.
