         Due to increasing outpatient therapy needs, the largest owner and operator of skilled nursing facilities in Iowa 

                                            is seeking dynamic OTs & PTs to join our rehab team in Western Iowa. 

                                                                 Full-time, part-time or PRN positions available.  

                Positions include in-house skilled and outpatient therapy. 

                Full-time salaried positions include coverage 30 - 40 hours/week

               - No nights/weekends, 

               - Health benefits 

               - $5000 bonus 

               - Assistance with CEU/Licensure
