                     Asante is looking for Home Care and Inpatient/Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapists!

This person will perform specialized physical therapy services through a process of evaluation, treatment plan development,

                                                               treatment and monitoring of progress.

                                        Therapy focuses on increasing function to enable a timely and successful recovery.

                                                Minimum of 2 years experience in Physical Therapy

BA or Masters Degree, or certificate from accredited school of Physical Therapy and Oregon PT license (or eligible) required.

                                                                        Shift includes rotating weekends.
