Cambridge Healthcare, a locally owned Virginia-based company, seeks a Physical Therapist to lead the Rehabilitation Department
of our 196-bed skilled nursing facility, located in the far west end of Richmond, near Short Pump.
The Rehab Department Director's duties will include:
Manage daily activities of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech disciplines.
Supervise Rehab Techs to meet facility and resident needs.
Fiscal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Oversight of staffing, clinical quality, program development, record-keeping, and maintaining functional outcomes measurement.
The Director will also maintain a small case-load and treat as necessary.
Productivity standards are very reasonable.

This position will also offer the opportunity to grow our Rehab business by establishing strong working relationship with
medical staff and other referral sources.
Preferred candidate will have 3 years clinical Rehab and supervisory experience.
